Our saltwater tanks, with salt water supplied directyly from Shinnecock Bay, offer a variety of local de-sanded shellfish, including steamers, clams and oysters. Our lobster tanks, utilizing a state of the art chiller system, offer abundance of lively lobsters maintained at optimal temperatures throughout their time with us.
